Rubber Bale Cutter
Feature:
This machine is mainly used for cutting natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic material.It is especially suitable installed beside the rubber internal mixing mill to cut small rubber bolcks.
This machine consists of single knife,body stand,working cylinder,base,auxiliary working platform and hydraulic&electric systems.It is configurated with nylon bed(or casting lead pad) to protect the edge of the knife.
When cutting the rubber,the worker need to put the rubber stuff below the cutting knife and then pluse on the button to realize the knife falling by following the race on the body stand drived by the piston rod.
It is configurated with 2 switchs to control the selector valve to chage the working direction of the cutting knife.Simultaneously,it can also protect the cylinder head of the cylinder.
Rubber Bale Cutter mainly consists of rubber knife, frame, cylinder, base, auxiliary table, hydraulic system, and electric system. The nylon plate is installed on the base under the cutting knife for protecting the edge of the cutting knife. When cutting the raw rubber, put the raw rubber under the rubber knife, then press the start button, the knife can cut the rubber. Two limit switches are installed on the frame to control the reversal valve to change the movement direction of the rubber knife, at the same time it protects the cover of the cylinder.

Packaging
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
